I really like the style of this coat, especially the shoulders. Instead of being lifted, they fall down naturally. Here comes the complaints: The material is harder than I expected. It is kind of heavy on my neck. It would not be comfortable if I am going to wear it for long time outside (fortunately, I don't need to do that so far). Another thing is the zipper is so damn cheap. It is not smooth to use. Everyone will need to use it every time (almost). Why can't they use decent zipper, especially for this tiny thing but important. Seriously, I took off 0.5 star because of the hard/heavy material of the coat and 1.5 star because of the zipper. I didn't realize the zipper problem until I settled down a new place from moving. It was too late to return so I will keep wearing it until I want to find another one next time.
